Welcome to SocialVerse (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your information when you access our social media management platform at https://socialverse.ai (the “Service”).
Your privacy is important to us. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of our platform.
1. Data Collection Practices
1.1 Personal Information
When you use SocialVerse, we may collect various types of personal data, including:
- Full Name: Required for account personalization and direct communication purposes.
- Email Address: Used for account notifications, service updates, and essential communications.
- Billing Details: Necessary for secure payment processing and subscription management.
- Social Platform Credentials: OAuth tokens and access keys that enable content publishing across your connected social media platforms.
1.2 Technical Information
Our platform automatically collects certain technical data through cookies and similar technologies, including IP addresses, browser specifications, device characteristics, and usage analytics. This data helps us optimize platform performance, understand user behavior, and enhance our service offerings.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data serves essential functions within our platform, primarily for subscription management and social media content distribution. We utilize this information to facilitate payment processing, enable multi-platform content publishing, deliver service confirmations, provide technical support, and maintain you informed about your account activity and scheduled content.
3. Connected Social Platforms
SocialVerse publishes on your behalf through the official API of each platform you connect. We only ever act on platforms you have connected yourself, and only with the permissions you granted when you connected them. Connecting an account means you also agree to that platform’s own terms:
- TikTok — we read your public profile so we can show you which account you are posting to and which privacy levels it allows, and we publish the videos and photo posts you schedule. See TikTok’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- YouTube — our platform uses YouTube API Services to publish to your channel. See YouTube’s Terms of Service.
- Instagram and Facebook — we publish through the Meta Graph API to the professional accounts and Pages you select. See Meta’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- LinkedIn — see LinkedIn’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
- Pinterest — see Pinterest’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
What we read from each platform is limited to what the feature needs: your account name and picture so you can tell your connected accounts apart, the posting options that account permits, and the delivery status of the content we published for you. We do not read your private messages, and we do not browse or collect content you did not ask us to publish.
4. Third-Party Data Handling
When we publish on your behalf, the content and the account credentials involved are handled by that platform under its own privacy policy, linked above. Because our platform uses YouTube API Services, information sent to YouTube may also be processed according to Google’s Privacy Policy. You can review and remove SocialVerse’s access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Access Tokens and Disconnecting
When you connect a social account, that platform gives us an access token. A token is what lets us publish for you without ever knowing your password — we never see, ask for, or store your social media passwords.
We store these tokens only to publish the content you schedule and to show you the status of it. You can disconnect any account at any time from the Socials screen inside SocialVerse. Disconnecting deletes the stored token immediately and ends our access to that account. You can also revoke our access from the platform’s own settings — for TikTok, under Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Manage app permissions.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your content and its publishing history for as long as your account is active, because that is what the calendar and the approval history are made of. Access tokens are kept only while the matching account is connected, as described above.
You may ask us to delete your account and everything in it by writing to [email protected]. We will remove your personal information, your stored content and every access token within 30 days, except where we are required to keep billing records for tax purposes. Deleting your SocialVerse account does not remove posts already published to a social platform — those are on that platform and only you can remove them there.
7. Information Sharing Practices
SocialVerse maintains strict data sharing limitations. Your personal information is only shared when essential for core platform operations, specifically subscription processing and content publishing capabilities. This includes transmitting the content you scheduled, and the account credentials needed to publish it, to the social media platforms you selected — TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or Pinterest — through their official APIs, to carry out your content distribution requests. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
8. Minors and Privacy Protection
Our platform is designed exclusively for adult users. SocialVerse does not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
9. Policy Modifications
This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When updates occur, we will notify all active users through email communication.

11. Security Measures
Protecting your sensitive information is a top priority for our platform. We have established comprehensive security protocols:
Encryption Standards: Every OAuth access token we hold — TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest alike — is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored encrypted at rest. Tokens are readable only by the publishing service that needs them, and are never shown in the interface or sent to any third party other than the platform that issued them.
Despite our robust security implementations, it’s important to understand that no internet-based system or electronic storage method can guarantee complete security. While we employ industry-standard protection measures for your personal data, absolute security cannot be assured.
Your continued use of SocialVerse indicates your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and its terms.
