SocialVerse publishes through the official API of each platform you connect. Connecting an account means you also accept that platform’s own terms, and that obligation extends to everything our system does through its API on your behalf:

You are responsible for making sure the content you schedule complies with the rules of every platform you send it to, including their community guidelines and any rules on branded or sponsored content. We may refuse or stop publishing content that a platform rejects or that breaks these terms.
3. Information Management

4. Analytics and Performance Data

5. Content Rights and Authorization
Upon subscribing to SocialVerse services, users may authenticate their social media accounts and grant posting permissions to enable content distribution across connected platforms. While you maintain full ownership of your content, you provide us with limited authorization to publish materials on your behalf as directed.
That authorization is narrow and revocable. We publish only what you schedule, only to the accounts you connected, and only with the options you chose — including the privacy level of each post, which we take from what the platform reports that account allows. We do not post on your behalf otherwise, and we do not alter your caption or media beyond the format conversions a platform requires. You may withdraw the authorization at any time by disconnecting the account inside SocialVerse or by revoking access from the platform’s own settings; either takes effect immediately.
6. Payment and Refund Terms
SocialVerse provides a complete refund guarantee for subscriptions cancelled within 24 hours of initial purchase. Refund requests should be submitted to our support team at [email protected].
7. Age Restrictions
Our platform is exclusively designed for adult users. SocialVerse does not intentionally gather or process information from minors under 18 years of age.
8. Agreement Modifications
SocialVerse reserves the right to revise this Agreement periodically. All registered users will receive email notifications regarding any modifications to these terms.
